- Go to the Vacancies section.
- Select the corresponding vacancy.
- Now switch to the tab Details & Matching.
- On the right, next to the employees, you can see to what percentage they match the role, so you can already get a first overview.
- If you would like to have more detailed information about a person, you can click on the three dots and use Profile quick view or Show profile to read information about the candidate in general, assessments or the role fit.
