You can set this via the role management.
- Go to the Vacancies section.
- Click on Create vacancy.
- Select the Create new role button under Link to role.
- Now you can create a role either completely manually or based on employee data. Here it all depends on you, so choose according to your preferences.
- Manually create role: Here you can select the respective assessments that the role should contain under Requirements for the role.
- Create role based on employee data: Here you can select the respective assessments that the role should contain under Choose assessments.
