BLUQUIST only stores user data that is necessary for BLUQUIST to function with its features. The data can be divided into three categories:
  • Category 1: General data

This data includes your name, the organization, how long you have been with the organization, your email and your profile picture.

  • Category 2: Assessment results and profile

This data is stored and serves your self-awareness and individual development. On team level, this data is used to display the team team members in different comparision chart to support the team development process, e. g. in a team workshop. For role matching, the data is used to determine the matching factor for specified roles to support best your and your organization’s development.

  • Category 3: Private well-being data

This data can only be seen by you as a user. At higher levels like teams and organization the data is aggregated anonymously and the notes you take each time you track your well-being is never shared.

  • Category 4: Analytical data

We store some basic analytical data, like how often you login, what pages on BLUQUIST you visit and what actions you perform on those pages.
