- I am not really well. Who can I turn to?
It’s perfectly normal to need help sometimes. Do not hesitate to seek help, it’s the best way to feel better.
- If you are constantly not feeling well, or if you feel demotivated, fatigue, uninspired, motionless over time – we like to motivate you to change something.
- First, you could try reaching out to a person in your organization: contact person in the HR department.
- When you think it’s “serious”: please consider professional help.
- Even if you feel bad, there are always ways to get out of it. Never lose hope ♥
