You can set this via the role management.

  1. Go to the Vacancies section.
  2. Click on Create vacancy.
  3. Select the Create new role button under Link to role.
  4. Now you can create a role either completely manually or based on employee data. Here it all depends on you, so choose according to your preferences.
  5. Manually create role: Here you can select the respective assessments that the role should contain under Requirements for the role.
  6. Create role based on employee data: Here you can select the respective assessments that the role should contain under Choose assessments.
