In the following table you find the different permissions for each user group:
User Group | Permission |
Employee (basic profile) | For employees without personnel or management responsibility Perform assessments and view results in individual profile Access to content and functionalities for individual development |
Leader | For employees who manage other employees All rights of the basic profile Access to Role Management (role creation, role profiles, matching & staffing) Access to Team Management functions (team creation, team profiles & much more) Access rights for the user group leader can be adjusted in the product settings |
Admin | For employees with administrative rights Full access to all product features Access to all product settings (user administration, organization, design, subscription & payment) |
